Do you restrict features with the free trial?

Yes, we offer a 20% off discount to nonprofits. After you become a customer, send us your official documentation. Then we will refund 20% of that first payment, and will apply the 20% nonprofit discount to your account going forward.

Do you offer discounts for franchises purchasing multiple accounts?

Yes! We offer a 20% discount if you purchase additional accounts. After creating your accounts, please chat with us to provide the email addresses of all your accounts. We will refund 20% of your initial payment and apply the discount to future payments for all your accounts.

If I purchase more than one account, do I need to configure settings for each additional account?

No need to configure each one! We can duplicate the settings from your main account to any additional accounts. Just contact us through our chat feature on the GoReminders website to set this up.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you charge extra per text message that is sent?

No. Our pricing is simple, we charge based on appointments. No extra charge even if you have multiple SMS reminders per appointment and even if people reply via SMS to the reminders.

What countries do you support?

The United States, Canada, UK, Australia, Hong Kong, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and the Netherlands.

How many reminders can I send per day?

All plans have a 24-hour reminder sending rate limit that is equal to the monthly appointment limit. That means that if your plan's monthly appointment limit is 300 appointments, you can send a maximum of 300 reminders within any 24-hour period.
